Apple is working hard on information management on new products like the coming up iPhone 5.

But seems like fake manufactures in China are working hard as well to copy their smart phones.
Even though Apple was keeping their iPhone 4 release date secret last year, fake manufactures had already made similar designed fake iPhone 4 before the actual ones where out in the market.

Is their design leaking?

Fake Apple Store looking really like real ones

Speaking of the world’s biggest industrial country China today, the so-called developed countries have awareness of copy products such as imitation, but this country is also known with its different point of view when it comes to this matter. The “fake Apple Store” which completely copied the entire Apple Store was found in Yunnan, China.

Their interior looks so much like original Apple Stores

The development of rapid economic advance, global brands stores like H & M and Starbucks are opening throughout China. The Apple Store opening in familiar cities like Kunming, people have no doubts when they first look at the shop. Display cases, staff in blue T-shirt and decorated exactly like an actual Apple store, but there are some odd point here and there when you look in carefully.

If you look at these photos carefully, for example on staff’s personal name tags it only says “Staff” with no name and the sign outside should only have the Apple logo on but also written “Apple Store” or even miss spelled as “Apple Stoer“. Searching the Apple’s official website there are only four authentic stores in China, Beijing and Shanghai, but nowhere else.

wrong spelled on their entrance – “Apple Stoer”

The funniest thing is when a reporter asked the store clerk about this shop, they had actually believed that they are Apple’s employees. It is no longer a matter of fakes products made in China. People may still doubt it might be the new real store Apple opened? Needless to say, it is clearly seen from the photo with “Apple Stoer” on their entrance and there is a real Apple Store 2 minutes walk from this fake one.

The first two fake Apple Stores found was closed down straight away, but new fake stores opened continuously and it expanded to 22 stores by August this year.

On the other hand, the Apple office in Shanghai filed a complaint on August 2, 2011, Kunming authorities entered the study. As a result, unlicensed 20 stores (Apple products reseller) confirmed and the investigation was made to 11 companies.

Kunming ordered to refrain from using trademarks of Apple against 22 fake Apple Stores which was opened without license on August 10. All of which is subject to store exterior, interior, ranging from uniforms of the store clerk and decorations at the entrance. Currently, these fake Apple Stores renamed their name to “Smart Store”.

However, faking Apple is still a trend in China. Before Apple release any information on iPhone 5, the Chinese version of iPhone 5 has already been born known as HiPhone 5. Have iPhone 5 design leaked? We don’t have an answer yet.

After renaming to “Smart Store”
